Comrade Austin Okai, a youth leader and the national coordinator of Peoples Democratic Party Youth Forum, has on Monday, accused the Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, saying that "he is running Kogi state like a Restaurant".
Okai in a statement, said that failure of the state government to inform people the whereabout of Yahaya Bello before tomorrow morning (Tuesday) would leave the opposition party without any option than to declare him missing.
Earlier, it was reported that Governor Yahaya Bello may have been taken overseas for medical care, but an aide said the governor is well.
The governor has within the weeks not been seen at public functions.
He is usually represented by his Deputy, Mr. Simon Achuba, who only receives visitors on behalf of his boss.
His words, "Governor Bello running Kogi state like a Restaurant . We are still waiting for the managers of Kogi state to inform us where our Governor is and failure to do this before tomorrow morning , the kogi state opposition will have no option than to declare our Governor missing .
"The state needs to be govern and machinaries of government need to be seeing working , you don't run a state like a secret club or a private empire .
