June 12: I'm a bad man today for conducting the most freest election — IBB
Former Military President Ibrahim Babangida, has lamented that despite his efforts to ensure that he conducted the most freest and fairest election in the history of the country, Nigerians are still seeing him as a bad man.
He said that no one cares to know the reasons behind the actions his administration took that led to the annulment of the June 12 1993 presidential election.
The former military ruler said this on his official twitter handle on Wednesday.
His words "I don’t get any praises for conducting the freest and fairest election in the history of Nigeria; a lot of people didn’t know the reasons behind the actions we took, but today, IBB is the bad man.
