2019 Election: My victory is sure — Buhari boast

President Muhammadu Buhari has said that he is sure of winning the February 16 presidential election.

He spoke in Abuja at the inaugural meeting of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council.

The National Chairman of the APC, Mr Adams Oshiomhole, and the Minister of Transportation and Director - General of the council, among others, were in attendance.

However, APG governors were absent at the session, though Oshiomhole explained that the governors too were busy with campaigns in their respective states.
