"AYF is also Calling on the northern governors to convene an emergency meeting on the crisis and send a strong warning to the Osun state government on the need for adequate protection of Northerners and other Nigerians in the state, as that is the primary responsibility of any government anywhere in the world. This is because crisis of this nature erode the peace initiative of AYF and other organizations that work day and night for the unity and peaceful coexistence of Nigeria."
